When you place an order, we currently offer free shipping to all our orders and we do apply local sales tax on all orders. In the future we may decide to apply shipping charges and delivery options without such notice. Delivery dates on orders vary depending on in store inventory, and whether or not the items purchased will be drop shipped straight from the manufacturer. We encourage all customers to email us 24 hours after placing a order if no verficiation of delivery has been received.

Returns

You may only return items if they are defective within 30 days of purchase. Special circumstance are considered and you must call Dick's Business Machines with your query. If you feel you need to return an item, you must call Dick's Business Machines and provide as much information as possible to help processs your return quicker.
